The Wire Wrappers/Jewelry Makers will have their next class on July 22 (4th Thursday), at 6:00pm. Nancy Buettner will demonstrate how to make a “Hammered Copper, Teardrop Link” necklace and earring set. Everyone from beginner to advanced will be able to create this project. Hope to see you there.
What you need for the class:
- WIRE:
- 18g for teardrop link
- 20g for earwires (or purchase earwires)
- *Teardrop links can be made with 20g, but will have a thinner/more delicate appearance.
- TOOLS:
- Pliers: round-nose, chain-nose, flat-nose, bent-nose, and nylon-covered
- Flush wire cutters
- Beading mat, Sharpie, ruler, and file (for earwires).
- BEADS: any bead that can be strung on your wire.
