The lapidary arts requires the use of various pieces of equipment. Learning how and when to set up, use, and clean up the equipment (safely and properly) is essential to create excellent work. It also is an important way to help keep our club costs down as misused equipment costs us all money. Training on the various pieces of equipment that we use in the lapidary arts will begin again on the 2nd Monday of the month–starting Monday, Sept 11, 2023.
This training is open to ALL members of The Villages Gem and Mineral Society. Whether you are new and want additional training or if you have been away for a while and want a refresher, this is an awesome opportunity to gain confidence and skills.
